I was born in Poland/Lodz.

Although music was always present in my home, I discovered my love for jazz music and jazz singing quite late, shortly before graduating from high school. As a child, I attended the Municipal Music School in Lodz, Poland. This was followed by a very long break, during which I concentrated more on my new life in Germany. But my real interest in music and jazz came much later and was sparked by the wonderful jazz standards. The unique voices of Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, and Anita O’Day cemented my desire to become a jazz singer, so to speak. That was exactly what triggered my decision to study jazz singing without having much prior knowledge. However, it did not prevent me from putting all my energy into my training in order to develop further in this direction. My work was rewarded and I was then able to begin my studies at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague.

My musical journey now also extends to other genres such as pop, funk, soul, fusion, and electro. These influences can definitely be found in my compositions.

Making, composing, and playing music is unique. It is my freedom, it drives me, it gives me creative ideas, and it influences my whole life.
